Very strange.
I went to a mint 17.3 laptop and tried the same with libreoffice calc 5.0.4.2
and 5.0.3.2 and both are not able to import external CSV data from
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SVU13_7.2.1/com.ibm.ismsaas.doc/reference/CIsImportMinimumSample.csv?view=kc

Either I did something completely different in the past to make it work or
something else has changed among different versions of linux mint.
If the latter, I suspect 'nemo' file manager.
