--- Comment #7 from findftp <mich...@bruijn.nu> ---
I did further testing and came to the conclusion that the links I used before
changed so that libreoffice calc is not able to import that csv format anymore,
while a browser is still able to download the csv data.

Libreoffice calc 5.1.4.2, goto:
Sheet -> Insert sheet from file...(press pencil icon if no location field is
visible) -> location:

Fill in:
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SVU13_7.2.1/com.ibm.ismsaas.doc/reference/CIsImportMinimumSample.csv?view=kc

Press 'open'

Result: an error.

But, it works if you fill in:
http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SVU13_7.2.1/com.ibm.ismsaas.doc/reference/CIsImportMinimumSample.csv
(without question mark and view=kc)

Now I have some dynamically created csv files with a question mark which I
cannot alter so that it imports without error.

Maybe it's not used by many people, but when a browser *is* able to download
the csv, but LO calc is not, I think it's a bug.
