@Jim : there must be something more specific about what you're doing that
triggers this.
Did you save the document directly to docx, or was it first saved as ODT then
subsequently as DOCX ?
Does the document contain any particular objects, e.g. web links, images, or
form controls ?
Please provide a sample document where this behaviour is reproducible for you.
Setting to NEEDINFO, please set back to UNCONFIRMED once you have provided the
requested information.
