Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....open a csv file
2. ....set a specific column to the date format 00/00/0000
3. ....The file opens but the column didn't adjust to the new format.
Current behavior: When changing column formats in the dialog window that pops
up when opening a CSV file the change doesn't actually occur.
Expected behavior: In a previous version of LibreOffice I was able to change a
column on the CSV formatting options dialog that comes up when you first open
the CSV. After selecting my options and proceeding the changes would be
present.
