we almost certainly need more information about how to reproduce the problem.
Please provide as much information as you can :
- hardware spec and screen/monitor hardware
- sample documents that trigger the problem
- network loaded files or local hard disk ?
- any anti-virus running in background (or other processor/memory hungry
programs)?
- any accessibility tools running ?
