FWIW, the DirectWrite renderer, released eigth years ago with Windows 7, also
dropped support for obsolete Type-1 fonts, which means that MS Office, since
its 2013 version, has also dropped the format. The world moved on to OpenType
long ago. Not our fault that some people seem not to have gotten the memo.
There is no problem here, since the font is available in the new format, as it
is standard practice across foundries. Just update your copy of the font.
