Description:
Sometimes I open a random document to edit and I don't see other dictionary
than English (default). Some other times, I have more dictionaries (which I
installed without error messages). I don't know what could be the cause, and I
can not reproduce it always. So I wanted to ask you guys what should I look for
or what kind of information should I retrieve when it happens so it helps to
debug.

Only the English (default) dictionary is available to choose.

All installed dictionaries are available to choose from.
