Another test:
1. Open Writer and create a new file
2. write the following two lines:
001 fris
002
3. If my cursor is on the 1st line, the language options are English (USA) and
... Norwegian! ("Norwegian, Nynorsk")
4. But if my cursor is on the 2nd line, I only see English (USA) as language
option!!

Xisco Faulí, I can't remember how that one was created. But in the example
below it is a new fresh simple ODT file.

Maybe Writer is trying to automatically detect the language based on the word?
but is that how it should work, even if I obviously don't have any Norwegian
dictionary add-in installed?
