Yes, it happens exactly the same after reseting the user profile.
I also noted that sometimes Writer "remembers" that there is a dictionary
installed just after I start typing in language other than the default (US
English)
In some other ocassions, Writer doesnt seem to show the installed dictionary as
option (neither in Tools->Language in the menu or in the "state bar" at the
bottom of the document). The dictionary appear as installed in the Extension
Manager at all times.
