The last piece looks suspicious to me: "Nicht berechtigt" - looks like there is
some mis-interaction with some security setting you have configured for cups.

Do you have any unusual configuration options set around authentication ?

Do you get a password prompt from the CUPS code ? I guess this is some
under-tested interaction.
