Sounds like a bad plan to automatically change something on another tab. Not
only because users are not aware of these automatism but also since you run
into trouble when the option was changed manually before. Not saying in the
particular case it would be wrong but a) the issue is very unlikely and b)
fixing the mistake is pretty simple (and could be described in the help).
