Turns out the problem is on our side after all. The problem was originally
fixed in Bug 126830, but that fix gone lost when
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=1ae450504cf57457f9702684b1517fda1dd3c481
was merged, because it was based on an older revision of gtksalmenu.cxx.
