Have updated Navigator help page to correspond to the order of controls on
Navigator (and removed obsolete controls)...
...which generates one additional question.
@Jim: the spin button in upper right corner. Is it "Go to Page" (and has
nothing to do with "Navigate By")?
(experiments and source code examination lead to this speculation).
If that is correct, then I can add a "tooltip" (swriter/ui/navigatorpanel.ui),
which should help matters.
(Meanwhile, I still think "List Box" is redundant (-: )
