This bug is not resolved yet.
"Outline Tracking", "Expand/Collapse" and "Send Outline to Clipboard" are only
in the context menus, not the Navigator UI. Need to design a solution about
how to present the information.
Meanwhile, it takes a few days before the online help is updated from master to
see the changes in the Navigator help page:
