Toggle, Show (Unfold), and Hide (Fold) are exhaustive in functionality.

Concerning the word 'text' in 'Show or fold text for ...' in the proposal.
Outline content includes not only text. Shapes, frames, tables, etc. get hid or
shown when outline content visibility is changed.

Maybe a short explanation of when both are available would help. Something
like:

'Hide All' and 'Show All' are both available for headings that have sub
headings with a mix of outline content visibility.

IIRC 'Show' and 'Hide' were deemed more favorable terms for the UI than
'Unfold' and 'Fold'. I have no opinion which is better. Changing menu item
labels for toggling (Show or Hide) seemed awkward when tested by myself.
