Try to do this:
1) Open new writer document
2) to header insert - page number and insert - field - page count. Like "page
number" of "page count"
3) by ctrl+enter make more pages, in my example in print screen it is 5 pages
4) go to format - title page. Check "Reset pagee numbering after title pages"
and set it to 1
5) Then you can see that page number is ok. After title page is page 1 and so.
But count page is counts one page more.
