I have absolutely no intention of trying to "fix" the initial opening of the
document. Nor is there much value in doing so. The first edit will
automatically fix it, and a subsequent save will also save the new page number
and the problem will "go away".
The fix in comment 18 should prevent this from occurring in new documents.
