@Luboš Luňák: Please do not do it in this raw form. It will re-introduce bugs
(on quick ref I just saw tdf#130768 in vcl/source/outdev/bitmap.cxx, there may
be more. But also primitive buffering for writer bitmaps, VOC mechanism and
SysDep BitmapBuffering - all that is needed and will be needed in future
changes would be gone.
Main problem seems to be that I preferred DrawTransformBitmapExDirect in
vcl/source/outdev/bitmap.cxx cmpared to ther versions, that is the only thing
that can influence stuff besides cairo. Please give me time to have a look to
find a solution *without* taking back quite some stuff already done for a
better future...
