Thank you. Two remarks:

After step 3: "Result:  Selected paragraphs get the labelling and formatting of
the list, where the cursor has been placed" (taken from your comment 35 with an
addition)

I also propose to add a more simplier solution, if you want to add a complete
list to a previous list. Please take into account,that my English isn't perfect

Add a complete list or first paragraphs of a list to a previous list:
1. Select a complete list or a part of a list (first list item has to be
included)
2. Apply "Add to List" command.

Result: Selected paragraphs get the labelling and formatting of the previous
list




Perhaps we still don't have a 100% solution but better than no help.
