It looks like the installation is somehow broken (even though you obviously have reinstalled it several times already). Can I ask you to reinstall it cleanly? I mean: 1. Uninstall LibreOffice. 2. In Explorer, go to Program Files, and delete 'LibreOffice' directory. 3. Install LibreOffice again. I hope it could help, possibly making sure that everything is installed correctly this time.
