If I do this OR try the method in the wiki ie 
'soffice -env:UserInstallation=file:///tmp/test' I get this:

Command 'soffice' not found, but can be installed with:

sudo apt install libreoffice-common

Are we getting somewhere? Have I got a bit missing? If so, how do I make sure
the version I install is compatible with LO 7.3.0.3-3?

I hope that all makes some sense.
