Thanks for answering quickly.
    For your first question, yes, that presenter console.  This is Windows 7.
So I plugged in my TV as second monitor, put the computer on duplicate screens
and opened Impress. It was displayed on both. There is the possibility to plug
in high definition, but that doesnot open as a duplicate monitor.
    Going to Slide Show > Slide Show Settings, the option at the bottom
(Multiple Displays > Presentation Display) is greyed out.  Both the laptop and
the TV are Samsung, so they should recognize each other. So is it a problem of
hardware or something in the software?
