I think that's the problem

I really don't know that. I think LibreOffice does not recognize there is a
second screen attached (otherwise this option should not be greyed out). I
tested it using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with LibreOffice 4.0.2.1 and libreoffice
recognize correctly there is a screen attached (and shows the Presenter Console
correctly.

Therefore I need to mark this bug back to "Unconfirmed" and I hope someone else
know a workaround/what's the problem.
