But gain more explicit control over the accelerator/shortcut assignments. Otherwise, LibreOffice is Unicode focused by HEX value including our <Alt>+X and Special Character Dialog/CharMap handling--are we really obliged to support MS ASCII/OEM "AltCode" [2] handling?
