Can't reproduce the error with:
Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 1f31cfc305224d3494da1b4eeadbe56b7227bb38
CPU threads: 12; OS: Linux 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: ru-RU (ru_RU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: CL threaded

Steps we took:
1. Open Impress
2. Insert an audio file by moving it from the folder to the LO window
3. Save the file in PPTX format
4. Close Impress
5. Open a saved presentation

Once reopened, the audio plays. Have you taken any additional actions that are
not included in this list? Also, did you make any moves of the audio file or
presentation to other directories before opening it again?

The bug described in this report occurs for pptx (including those created
directly in LO) only if the media file was not found in the absolute path
specified in ppt/slides/_rels/*.xml.rels. Based on this, there may be another
reason for your bug, so we need to determine which steps lead to this behavior.
