If I'm not mistaken, it always appears when you try to save in a format other than odp. In the attached video with a test on 24.2.0.0.alpha1+ you can see the same window, but despite this, the sound is still played after opening the file again. So far it looks like the problem is only affecting macOS and only when adding an audio file via "Insert -> Audio or Video" (not DnD), so it would be good if you tried to reproduce this on another operating system and also check saving with the format ODP -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
