Could you please attempt to insert the audio file using the menu option "Insert >> Audio or Video"? I tried using this method, and the issue persisted even when I saved the PPTX file in the same folder as the audio: 1. Open Impress and create a new presentation. 2. Navigate to the "Insert >> Audio or Video" menu. 3. Choose an audio file. Note that at this point, the audio file plays normally. 4. Save the PPT file in the same folder as the inserted audio file. 5. Close the PPT file and reopen it. 6. Attempt to play the audio. Observe that the audio is not played.
