Partially, as there isnt anything like "TopicHelp" existing in the wiki.

you would need to duplicate one of the existing sections and replace the
existing topic in all the queries with TopicHelp. So e.g. take:

 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Topic#Easy_Hacks_about_the_TDF_Wiki

and substitute TopicWiki with TopicHelp everywhere.

It might make sense to also have one of the "Skill*" tags around on the Easy
Hack (SkillScript, SkillDesign, SkillUno, SkillCpp, ...), otherwise it will
only show up on:

 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Required_Skill

in the big "Easy Hacks requiring Uncategorized Skills" list at the end.
