Partially, as there isnt anything like "TopicHelp" existing in the wiki. On: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Topic you would need to duplicate one of the existing sections and replace the existing topic in all the queries with TopicHelp. So e.g. take: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Topic#Easy_Hacks_about_the_TDF_Wiki and substitute TopicWiki with TopicHelp everywhere. It might make sense to also have one of the "Skill*" tags around on the Easy Hack (SkillScript, SkillDesign, SkillUno, SkillCpp, ...), otherwise it will only show up on: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Required_Skill in the big "Easy Hacks requiring Uncategorized Skills" list at the end.
