I'd like to take msgsrv32 out back and beat the...

Sorry about that. I've had trouble with msgsrv32 dying on me on two
different machines (a Thinkpad and my L50), both running Win95.  I looked
into it a little when it was happiening on the ThinkPad, but I didn't find
out anything about msgsrv32---I didn't even find out what msgsrv32 does.

The problem isn't coming up currently, but it's sure been trouble in the
past.
