Ive found that if I install the IR driver update from Microsoft, datasuite
will just report back that it cant open a COM port. I guess this is because
the ID port "shares" the COM1 port. This doesnt seem to cause a problem
under Win98 though.

My Win95 doesnt detect the port. You have to tell it that it is there, which
made me think that the port might be broken?!? But it does seem to work
under Win98.

I tried a 7110 phone, but the IR port wouldnt see that either, still under
Win95 ?!? But if you've definately got a 7110 working with 95 and a 110 then
something else must be up?
Ive seen that phone working with another machine via IR, and I wish Nokia
had done it that way ith the 6150, but I dont really like the phone. =O(
I take it that the yellow question marked PCI Communications device refers
to the IR port?

Yeah, I'll give them a go.
Cheers
