I'll see if i have a URL when i get home tonight... RAIN basically runs in
the background, and
adds waits to the processor when its not in use... I think its functions
which are built into newer
processors to save power... but the net effect is i get about 15-30min
longer from my batteries
and the unit runs cooler... with ZERO noticable negative effects. Its a
slick program... i added
it originally to cut down on heat when i use the Libby as a wireless
internet terminal (using the
webgear 2.4 wireless nics, which are excellent btw)
