Never worked with a L110, but usually, if you've got the windows disks, copy
everything to one directory on the Libertto, then run setup.exe to install
WIndows.
Otherwise, pull of the entire \win95 \win98 or \winxx directory off a Windows
CD, and dump that into a directory on the libretto before running setup.exe.
After that, simply download all the latest drivers from www.csd.toshiba.com and
install to make it just as good as new.
