Depends on what you mean by "the Libretto"!
When I put a 10GB HD into my Lib70 and installed Win98, PartitionMagic 6
could only see 8.4GB of the HD. However, after I used Linux to create a
partition above 8.4GB, then PM (run from the Win98 GUI) could see the
whole drive (although PM, run from a Win98 boot disk, could not.)
Of course, for PM to "see" the whole drive just means it can read and
write to the partition table, so maybe that's not such a big deal. (I
haven't tried moving or resizing any partitions above 8.4GB, but that
would be an extremely interesting experiment.)

P.S. - WARNING: Do *not* try to create a FAT partition above 8.4GB using
PM (without disk manager software). I did. Seemed too good to be true.
It was - Win98 wouldn't boot. When I booted from a floppy, my first
(Win98) partition was nowhere to be found. Deleting the FAT partition
using Linux (fortunately) returned everything to normal, but I won't be
doing that again! [Analysis: I think the partition table "wrapped around"
the values above 8.4GB, thus hiding the first partition.]
