No, AFAIK you can't boot from cdrom.
But - RedHat7.1 installed flawlessly on my Lib70 from CD (in DOS, copy
loadlin.exe, vmlinuz and initrd.img from \dosutils to a FAT partition,
then run "loadlin vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img" and you're on your way!).
(Note: others have had problems with RedHat7.0 installation, so be sure
to get 7.1.)
