I think that to boot without moving parts you'd need a solid state replacement that is physically connected where the conventional HDD should be (or boot from the moving parts of the FDD). The concensus seems to be that to boot from the PCcard slots you'd need a new BIOS. ************************************************************** http://libretto.basiclink.com - Libretto mailing list http://libretto.basiclink.com/archive - Archives http://www.picante.com/~gtaylor/portable/faq.html - FAQ -------TO UNSUBSCRIBE------- Reply to any of the list messages.
