PCMCIA cards and PCcards have a 68 pin interface
adapters exist that permit CFcards to plug in where the standard HDD went
adapters exist for accessing a CFcard via a PCcard slot
and now my head hurts

I guess there will be a 10GB PCMCIA/PCcard HDD along any minute...?
Maybe the "integral" unit now has priority because Apple adopted it for the
iPod MP3 player.
