Subject: Re: [LIB] OT, power adapter question

Raymond,
I mistakenly typed Libretto Portege instead of Toshiba Portege. The power
adapter for my Lib50 looks identical and has the same volt and current
rating. It just has a coaxial plug on the end instead of the square, two pin
plug. I am looking for an adapter with the two pin end or simply the two pin
end to graft to my DC adapter. I was not aware the later Libs used the same
two pin connector. (yes, the PA2501U is what I was thinking about).

Anyone have a PA2501U (working or not) with the two pin end or the equivalent
DC adapter I can buy inexpensively? Xin is very good, but I don't want to
"try this trick at home". I fear I would reverse the polarity and ruin my
nice laptop.

Thanks
Dennis
