No, no, NO!

How could this complete misinformaiton exist, just because is sounds
similar?

MSGSRV32.EXE is a subsystem of Windows where it is supposed to pop up
messsages to the user. It has NOTHING to do with MSN Messenger, AOL Instant
Messenger, Yahoo!Messenger...

It was around long before MSN Messenger was invented
