Well, over here, it's easy.

I used Webwasher a lot with IE, but now that I'm mostly a Mozilla user now,
it's not as useful.  I simply don't bother using WW right now, and instead, use
Mozilla's built-in no-popup ads and right-click to block ad banners features.

Very nice and right now with Yahoo and other popular sites, don't see a single
ad at all!

As for the flash ads, you can't right click to get rid of them as easily, but
what I do is to turn off the plugins when surfing.  Poof, no more.  (or get rid
of the flash plugin..)  Webwasher here would work best - it can block out
entire URLs that way.

In the end, it's always a pain.  Too many advertisements, too little time to
block them all...   Sigh, the modern world of spam-killing....
