I'm using adsubtract.com...........I'm finding that it works almost 100% to block ads along with an easy to understand interface and some nice setup features. It logs intrusive searches for you and categorizes them for an easy delete and future blocking. It's fairly pricey at $30 but there is a free 30 day tryout - I couldn't give it up once the time was up, it worked too well!
