Thanks for all you guys' help!!!

Eventually, by tracing the corrosion path on the
motherboard, I found the point which circuit break!
After I cleared the corrosion and repaint the circuit
with silver conductive pen (no space for soldering). 
My libretto able to charge battery again!!!! woo!!!

Though I still can't find CMOS battery in local store,
my Libretto seems work fine even without CMOS battery
(Of course, I can't save BIOS settings and time....)

Really thanks a lot! Especially to Barnacle and
Raymond!!!
