Subject: IRock FM adapter

From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Use the electromagnetic waver repression core that comes with the Libretto
100 or 110. Not sure if 50 and 70 have it also. It helped my speakers when I
had alot of interference from other units in my room.
Hmm... I don't seem to have one. What does it look like, and how does it work?

I am getting prompt replies from IRock support to my questions:

1. Would it possible to use a cable to extend the IRock adaptor out > from the notebook's sphere of radio noise transmission? If so, what type of cable would be needed. Would the standard shielded audio cable which I have lot's of work well?
yes

Extending the adapter can increase clarity. you could go from quarter inch back to 1/8th inch.

2. When there is a strong broadcast signal on each of the 4 FM frequencies, would it help the car's radio get better reception from the adapter by pulling the car's antenna out of the radio, and inserting an on/off switch and a 2nd antenna wire to the radio?
yes
