Oh... I decided to just go ahead and call Impact directly and make the order for >all< those case parts listed in the MicSol quote that Impact somehow is offering as one complete assembly for $45+S&T.
I had gotten prompt replies to my email from Yury, and spoke to a couple of people on the phone. The salesman, Greg, was really great... informative, polite, funny, and fun to place the order with. I had visions of a sleezy little hole in the wall operation with a couple people making fast deals and questionable methods. But from my experience on the phone, the company actually seems well staffed and managed. I found out there are several salesmen, as Yury was not in today. They have an online tracking system which is a bit new, so we'll see how it goes, as well as how fast the part comes, and if it is what it's advertised to be.
$53.83 total... Thought I may as well be the guinea pig!
