Subject: GPS question

Greetings all,

I have been considering purchasing a GPS unit to link to my Lib 100CT.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Garmin Etrex
Summit? I can get one of these with the PC connection cable.
Essentially I am looking for something that I can use in my car to do a
street lookup, put some sort of marker there and then make my way
towards that marker by seeing where I am on the map (on my libretto,
connected to the GPS unit). Would it be possible to do this with this
particular unit? Also, what is the best software to use (my Libby is
overclocked to 266Mhz, has 64 MB Ram, a 20 Gig hard drive and dual boots
98 and XP, I mostly use 98 though)?

Any advice, reviews, comments would be suggested.

Also I have seen a Compact Flash GPS unit that fits most PocketPC's (I'm
sorry, I forgot the name. I think it was an iGPS or some such). Does
anybody have any idea whether that would work with my Libretto? It
would be great to be able to use it on both my Cassiopeia E115 (yes, I
know that unit is older than my gran.... But it has built in CF slot
and a GREAT screen) and on my Libretto.

Thanks,

Dion
PS I would love to get a unit that has built in map capability (like the
eMap), but they are just too pricey! I am wanting to spend in the
region of $150-$200.
