Perhaps I should add that my experience tells me that allowing completely anonymous bug reports without any sort of login is next to useless as hardly any bug report is fine with only a single submission and we basically always need an interaction and communication with the submitter - which logins at least enables and encourages somewhat. I've disabled anonymous bug reports in other projects because of their general low quality.

Also, logins reduces the amount of spam to bug trackers.
