It looks like it can! There is an AuthOpenIdPlugin which I will set
up when I have a little more time.

<rant>
The web interface is really slow for me and I find the emails it
sends out to be extremely difficult to read; first comes the full bug
status, which rarely changes, followed by the full original
description, and finally all(!) comments are shown - in reverse(!)
chronological order.

So to find the latest change I have to first scroll through the
original post, and then I have to look at the date and time for each
comment, to make sure that I did not accidentally scroll past it.

I've only really seen email from three trackers; Bugzilla, Trac and
SF. I prefer Trac over Bugzilla but they are both good. SF is just
something else. So brain dead IMO.
