As stated in another message, I've compiled writerperfect under OS X, I think
correctly.

I created a few WPMac 3.5e files with nonsense Japanese text, and these
converted perfectly into odt with writerperfect.

However, I also tried the conversion with two real-world files that I was sent
by the person who first asked about this. These real-world files are here:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/271144/Attachments.zip

When I converted these files, they would not open in LibreOffice (current
release) or anything else I tried. These files are very strange and badly-made
files, but they open and can be edited in WordPerfect for the Mac. They include
fonts that aren't on my system (a Sanskit Times New Roman), and that don't
display correctly in WPMac, but the rest of the file can be edited. The files
seem to have been opened and edited in multiple versions of WP, and they are
obviously problematic, but I wonder if it is possible for writerperfect to do
more with them.

Of course, these problems may be the result of mistakes in my build process.
Does anyone else see the same problem in the latest version of the code?
