Also, I incremented the version to 0.8.0, based on the thought that the LibXML module change warranted more than a 0.7.1 release.okay. but lets try to pace ourselves a bit or will be out out of numbers soon ;)
No doubt! And we might event get to a 1.0.0 :)FWIW, I actually think we're close to a 1.0.0 quality release. The only issue I know about is the segmentation fault that occurs if a document is freed by the GC before any dependent XML::XPath::Object instances. I've worked out in my head how to fix that, and the internal XPath refactoring I checked in got the code to a point where its now solvable (although in an ugly manner).
Luckily, we have all of 0.8.x and 0.9.x to make sure we get it right. Charlie
