Although having seen many small developers 'going to the wall' with good products the ability to retain and develop code is a major advantage to the customers and also to developers of the original system. Maybe a company srews up it model and crashes. Another entity (maybe even the developers) can pick up the ball and contunie running giving customers longevity of their purchases. Regards David
