e-mail. She had included a redlined version, but the plaintext
version of that simply had all the text and none of the strikeouts
so all deleted language appeared again.

My apologies! I sent in both plaintext and HTML and hoped that
including both a redlined and clean version would resolve any
discrepancies. The "clean" copy should reflect my recommended language
without any of the deletions appearing.
